Argentina and France both deservedly made it through to the Final of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar where much of the focus is bound to be on Messi and Mbappe, the best player in the world and his possible replacement. These two great footballing nations have a lot of history at the World Cup with France claiming a 4-3 win against Argentina at the 2018 tournament in Russia.
We're rooting for Messi and his teammates to realize a 35-year-old dream of winning the only major tournament that has eluded him during his career. Argentina has won four of their previous five matches against France, including two in the World Cup. Argentina appears to be particularly strong going forward, while this French side has struggled somewhat defensively, keeping only one clean sheet in their six games thus far.
France vs Argentina will be a tough game. The defending champ France, on the other hand Argentina who definitely wants the title makes the match really a compelling one. We don't expect to see many goals is this game therefore our best bet is under 2.5 goals.
