Mauro Icardi is going through one of the worst moments of his life. The Argentinian striker was all over the news this weekend as his wife, Wanda Nara, announced on her social media platforms her break up with the former Inter Milan player.
She uploaded a picture to her Instagram profile under the captain: "I like my hand more without a ring on it", referencing her break up from the PSG attacker. According to L'Equipe, the French club analyzed the situation and in the end, decided to release Mauro Icardi from the squad for the Champions League game against RB Leipzig.
This way, Mauricio Pochettino will not be able to play the Argentinian striker in the game on Tuesday at Parc des Princes. Pochettino really wanted Icardi to be on the squad but PSG's board decided he was not in a good mental state due to his family situation.
According to the same media outlet, Icardi is now back in Paris after traveling to Milan and he is not in the best emotional condition to play. The break-up really affected the player that is been rumored that he threatened Wanda with leaving PSG if they didn't fix their marriage.
