Many soccer experts believe that Cristiano Ronaldo will not be playing in the Primeira Liga because no club can afford the player at the moment.
Ronaldo contract with Manchester United was terminated and he currently trains at Real Madrid facilities to keep in form until his new destination is determined.
Ronald currently have two prospective destinations, Saudi Arabia is on his mind or going back to his home country to play for FC Porto. Todd Boehly of Chelsea, the Mighty Blues is interested in bring Ronaldo over to play for Chelsea.
FC Porto president Pinto da Costa does not believe that Ronaldo will be returning home to play because his salary is too high for any portuguese team.
"It's up to him and the clubs interested. I don't think anyone in Portugal has the capacity to give him the salary he earns and wants to continue receiving," Da Costa said.
