On Saturday, Chelsea will face Premier League champions Manchester City in a tough test of the leaders' title credentials, as Liverpool and Manchester United try to keep up with Thomas Tuchel's side.
After purchasing Romelu Lukaku to give a cutting edge to their attack, the Blues are well-equipped to conclude the season as English champions for the first time since 2017.
However, Liverpool, the defending champions in 2020, and Manchester United are tying them, with all three teams tied on 13 points after five games.

Tuchel's Blues have nothing to fear.
Despite the fact that the season is still young, former England captain turned TV analyst Alan Shearer believes Chelsea will be difficult to stop.
Last season, Tuchel's club defeated Manchester City three times, including in the Champions League final.
Since then, they've bought Lukaku from Inter Milan and have been stingy at the back, conceding only one goal in the league.
"Lukaku isn't the only reason they're so dangerous," Shearer wrote in his BBC Sport column.
"They won the Champions League without him in May. But his presence means they no longer have a weak link in their team, and they also have such depth."
It's too early to declare the game at Stamford Bridge a championship decider, but City manager Pep Guardiola will not want to leave London six points behind one of his key competitors.
Norwich's unwelcome record
Norwich has now lost 15 Premier League games in a row under Daniel Farke, the greatest losing streak in English top-flight history under a single manager.
The Canaries were demoted to the Championship at the end of the 2019/20 season, extending their nightmare run. They instantly responded.
