On Wednesday, Arsenal Sarandi and Sporting Cristal will face battle in the second leg of their Copa Sudamericana round-of-16 encounter.
Wednesday's visitors enter with a 2-1 lead following a tight victory in the first leg, and will be looking for a win to secure a place in the quarter-finals.
Arsenal Sarandi won their group and advanced to the knockout stage with 11 points from six games, including a 2-0 win over Jorge Wilstermann and a 3-1 victory over Boliviar.
The Argentinian side ended 12th in their 13-team group in the first round of the local top flight, but they have a chance to redeem themselves after just kicking off the second phase with a creditable 1-1 draw against San Lorenzo.
Los Cerveceros were given a particularly difficult group draw, with Argentinian outfit Racing Club and Brazilian giants Sao Paulo taking the top two spots. However, a 3-0 win over Rentistas in the penultimate round of fixtures saw them beat Uruguayan side Rentistas to third place, allowing them to enter South America's second tournament.
While they pulled off late heroics to take the lead in the first leg, Roberto Mosquera's side will know that they still have a lot of work to do if they are to stay ahead and qualify for the final eight, with the hosts undoubtedly throwing everything they have at them in an attempt to overturn the deficit.
