Manchester City will try to sign Josko Gvardiol in January after acquiring Julian Alvarez and Erling Haaland during last summer transfer window. Manchester City had not intended to make such an offer. However, in response to the interest shown by clubs with the economic power of Chelsea, Barcelona, and Real Madrid, the English club has significantly increased the bidding.
Gvardiol joined the RB Leipzig from Dinamo Zagreb in July 2021 for a fee of 19 million euros. If RB Leipzig accepts the offer, the German club will profit from his sale by 107 million euros.
