Sergio Ramos has suffered another injury setback, with the defender still yet to play a game for Paris Saint-Germain three months after signing for the club.
Ramos arrived in the French capital on a free transfer after his Real Madrid contract expired at the end of last season, and is one of the club's higher earners. Despite this considerable investment, Ramos is yet to make any impact on the pitch.
There had been suggestions that he would finally make his PSG debut against Angers on Friday night, only for PSG to confirm that he had suffered a further setback with a calf injury.
Ramos will now undergo a further ten days of individual rehabilitation ahead of a potential return to full training thereafter.
Speaking before the Angers game, Mauricio Pochettino gave an update of the frustrating situation.
